• A Membership of the Association open to all registered small scale and medium scale industrial units or proposed in the state of Odisha. The unit have interest to be member need to apply in the prescribe application form duly filled in all respect along with Xerox copy of the PRC and valid Provisional Resist rational certificate obtained either form Director of Industries or District Industries Centre, in absence of which the application for membership will not be received for consideration or summarily be rejected.
• The executive committee shall have the majority to determine the eligibility of any applicant to be member of the Association, which shall be final.
